Missing or Broken Shingles:

Shingles can be blown off or damaged by high winds, storms, or heavy rain. Missing or broken shingles need to be replaced to prevent water from seeping into the roof structure.

Gutter Seams and Hangers: Gutters can leak at the seams or become detached from the roof if the hangers fail. These issues should be repaired to ensure proper water drainage.

Chimney Flashing: Flashing around the chimney can become loose or damaged, leading to leaks. Repairing or replacing the flashing can prevent water from entering the home around the chimney.
Step Flashing: Step flashing is used along walls that intersect the roof. If the flashing is damaged or improperly installed, it can lead to leaks that require repair.
